Teams are responsible for submitting the correct roster before the stated deadline. The organizer may accept the latest valid submission or reject duplicate, incomplete, abusive, suspicious, late, or rule-breaking submissions.
Players must not submit passwords, legal names, home addresses, location data, payment information, private account credentials, identity documents, or any other sensitive personal information in any tournament form, file, message, or document unless the organizer explicitly requests it through an official and secure channel.
Tournament rules, eligibility, seeding, check-in requirements, match schedules, map selection, score reporting, penalties, disqualifications, and dispute handling are controlled by the organizer. The organizer may make reasonable administrative decisions to keep the tournament fair, safe, and operational.
The tournament tools are provided as-is. The organizer does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, automatic rank verification, or compatibility with every browser, device, network, or third-party service.

Privacy
Data & Storage
Submitted tournament data is used only to organize the event, verify teams, create brackets, manage check-ins, resolve disputes, and communicate tournament-relevant information where needed.
The submitted data may include team name, team tricode, player Riot IDs, selected ranks, calculated average rank, submission ID, and submission time. The tournament tool is not designed to collect legal names, passwords, precise location data, home addresses, identity documents, payment data, or private login credentials. Do not include that information in any submission or tournament document.
Encrypted submissions may be stored on the organizer server. Decrypted team data should only be accessed by authorized organizers for tournament administration. The private decryption key should never be uploaded to the server.
Tournament data is deleted no later than one month after the tournament has ended, unless a longer retention period is required to handle active disputes, security incidents, legal obligations, or abuse investigations.
Players and teams may request a copy of the tournament data relating to them. Requests should be sent to the contact address listed in the Impressum and should include enough information to identify the relevant team, tricode, Riot ID, and tournament.
Players and teams may also request correction or deletion of their tournament data where applicable. Deletion may be limited while the tournament is still running, while disputes are active, or where retention is required for security, fairness, or legal reasons.
Hosting providers and technical infrastructure may process encrypted submission files and access logs as part of normal website operation. The organizer should keep access limited to authorized people and use reasonable security measures for the admin panel, API, backups, and decryption key.
This privacy notice is a tournament template and should be reviewed before publication. The organizer is responsible for completing the Impressum, contact details, hosting information, and any legally required notices for the countries where the tournament is operated.
